we take great care in handcrafting each product. If you receive an an item with defect, such as a stone detaching or any defect upon opening the package, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order only we will exchange or Replace the product. We don't offer return and refund

2.Exchange :

Exchange are only applicable for the  manufacturing defect  mention above. We don't offer exchange for size issues once we receive the damaged product we will process you exchange or replacement within 5 to 7 working days
